I have an older Samsung Tab 4 (recently replaced with a Tab 8). I did a reset on the Tab 4 and have set it up strictly for flying. I have been using my phone, but the screen is too small for my older eyes and fatter fingers. Any one else using a Tab 4? Any problems or concerns?

I tried, it was horribly laggy and would disconnect so.I bought an Nvidia Shield k1 instead...both my galaxy tablets stank.

With firmware 4 and 4.1 I get video lag and pixallation (bird flew as usual), so I reverted to 2.9.1 to get the goggle maps that follow the craft. With 3.1 the map did not move and you had to manually pan. 2.9.1 works very well in a tab4 as long as you remove all apps you can, and disable all + notices for all apps you can't remove. Disable google play auto update, Once your maps are cashed disable wifi and leave gps on. I have almost 3,000,000 feet flown on this tablet and is good exept the new GO4.

I'm using a Samsung Tab 3. Even older. It does take a bit of time to get the DJI Go app started and all ready to go. But, once it gets started, it works fine. I removed all other apps. I set it back to factory defaults. I turned off all updates.
