Not flown in about 3/4 months. Had the batteries stored and I assumed discharged after 10 days etc.

Now charging everything back up including RC.

Other than checking the props are on securely and updating any firmware.

Should I re calibrate the IMU and compass as a precaution the location will be the same as 3 months ago?

Is there anything I need to be made aware of other than the obvious such as checking the IMU values and RTH height etc?

The minimum is at least to check the sensors value in the go app to see if ok which is in any case good to do before each flight sequence. Probably it is just better to do IMU calibration at home and compas calibration in the field.
For the first flight with each of your battery I would not try to go up to the end of the battery but up to something like 50% and then land, just to see that the battery is ok. Of coarse better not to try world distance record at that time :)
