Restricted area flight questions.

I'm in Cancun Mexico class d area - just did update 7/2017 & now neither of my p3 's will fly more than 150' away / 100' height. Anyone have insight of what is going on?
Btw my mavic is still able to fly w/o limits in this same "D" zone.
