Class D airspace clearance

I have been asked by a client to fly a store opening but it is in restricted air space that is not LAANC available. The flight restrictions say that I could get clearance up to 200 Feet but it is an Air Force Base area. Who can I go to at the base, or otherwise to get clearance for a 100-foot flight.

Since you are §107 you can apply through FAA DroneZone. It can several days to get approval.
