I need to send my Phantom 4 in for a body repair. I filled out the online form at DJI.com and I received a case number.

There was a note about DJI sending a shipping label within 2 business days.

My question is this. Does DJI send me a shipping label and/or shipping box? Or do I just send the P4 to them with a copy of the online repair form? Anybody have a quick answer for that?

Hmmm another unit sending in to dji...do note your serial number and let us know if they send you back a refurb unit instead of fixing your original unit.
