Remove camera and attach other devices to P3P

Has anyone experimented with attaching other devices, cameras, gadgets, what-have-you to the bottom of the phantom? I have a 360-degree camera I'd like to fly for example. What are people using, can you get a matching plate?

I was on a website the other day that was charging $1100 for a camera mod. Not sure how much better the camera was but it was definitely a different camera

Is guess it would be fairly easy to remove the current camera and attach a new one, but having the ability to control it through DJI go app would not be possible.

I've already removed and replaced my camera several times for transport. My question is if, and how, are people attaching third party devices to the bird. Ie. can you buy a replacement plate to attach to the heli via those little annoying rubber pads, etc...

I tried a Hellfire missile but it was too heavy to take off

i saw one before, i forgot where did i saw it, but the other camera is attached via a large plate at the bottom of the landing gear of the P3.
