Remote unit

Hello. My remote unit, when turned on, it starts @ green, than turns red.

I changed the batteries, and that is still happening. Any suggestions?

Check the contacts in the RC especially the end where the positive part of the battery make contact. Even a light sanding with sandpaper or crocus cloth will help make good contact. As a minimum you can use electrical contact cleaner.
Red indicates low battery. If these are new clean fresh batteries then has to be the contacts or a hardware issue. Try contacts first.
