Recommendation on best gimble/camera protection

What's the best protection, in your opinions? I know of two things that are used to protect the camera and gimble. One being the crash plate mounted at the bottom of the legs, and the other being a clip that mounts on the gimbal assembly itself. I'd really like to get the best protection I can and hopefully you chaps will be able to offer some opinions.

Those are the only two items that I use. I am not aware of any other types of gimbal protectors on the market. The clip is a must in my opinion.
