Recommend a good repair center?

Can anyone recommend a good repari center for sending a P4 in for diagnosis and repair? I'm in East Tn and did see one called the DJI repair center in Virginia, also one called Drone Nerds in Fl. Anyone have any experience with either of these or another center?

I would keep it as close as possible and have been told that Drone Nerds have a good standing

I cannot upgrade my FIRMWARE, which has caused all kinds of issues. It lease it still flies! Where can I get a reliable firmware update?
