Yeah that is not even a Pro nevermind the plug style. Completely different product. When you say amazon, did you buy shipped and sold by amazon or from an amazon third party seller? Would you mind posting which seller so everyone can avoid them? Thanks

It may have been a misunderstanding, too, when the order was placed. With the introduction of the 4k, they really confused a lot of people.

Perhaps you accidentally chose the Standard 4k thinking you were getting the P3P, which you definitely want.
