Is there a way to read the user manual on the p4p+ I can down load them but not open them nor install an app to open PDF's??

Download Adobe acrobat for PC or Mac, or the Acrobat app for apple or Android. It's a free program/app that allows you to view PDF files...

Guessing OP is using built in display on P4P and may asking if one can install a reader on that device, I believe asset is no, one cannot add apps on that built in display device.

I have the p4p+
And trying to read on the build in display it's nonsense you cannot read the p4p manual built into the p4p screen

Your point makes sense - I'd provide that feedback back to DJI, perhaps there is a way or they can add PDF reader.
