Re700 battery power level on app

Hi all
Just noticed that the power level for the re700 on the app sometimes goes from 20% back up to 30% has anyone else noticed this ?or know why it happens ? And is it wise to run the battery empty every now and then ? And then fully charge again

Never believe a digital readout for any battery. It's just a rough guide.
