RC Signal lost in mu New P3S

Just bought a P3S flew it once but then started receiving a Signal Lost... I am desperate, had chat extensively with DJI Customer service and tried several calibrations; IMU, RC, Gimbal, Compass, you name it with out luck... they are suggesting me to return but I live outside USA and fear that timming is going to be an issue as planning to return home this Sunday... any ideas, currently in Alphareta near Atlanta...

If u set a correct home point the A/C will return home when signal is lost to the tx.
