RC signal lost at 100m distance

I have seen threads about similar issues, but nothing solves my problem.

I bought a used P3/Pro. It works excellent, but the RC signal gets lost always if the distance to remote control is 80m-150m.

The signal strength indicator moves from 5/5 to 4/5, than suddenly comes the "weak signal" message , after a few seconds comes the "signal lost" message and the unit returns to the home position. No video is available after signal is lost. Sometime, shortly before landing, the signal comes back.

- I was testing it in an open field without any obstacles, flying at an altitude of 10m, looking how far I can get. The best distance I could get was 160m.
- The antennas of the RC were as they should be
- I was testing with two different devices ( iPhone 7 and ipad Air ) and two different software (DJI Go and Litchi) with always the same outcome.

What I tried and did not work :

- I have relinked the RC
- I have upgraded the firmware to the latest version (v1.10.90)

Before the signal is lost, everything works perfectly.
Somebody would help me please?

First thing, confirm that the antennas are set up so that they are pointing straight up with the flat sides facing out toward the aircraft. Then try testing range at a higher altitude (100-200 ft, 30-60 m). If everything is working correctly, range should definitely improve.
