RC reset?

I've been playing around with the flight settings on my P3P RC. I'm not happy with what I've done. I didn't write down the factory settings. Is there a reset I can use to get back to stock settings.

I know how, but hard to explain,
i did find a video but it is is Spanish, but still explains what to do

Hold the 4 buttons described in video while turning on Rc.
