RangeExtender strange issue

Hello, please have a look at this video.. please explain what's happening to my RangeExtender..it has been working for some time.. then WiFi disappeared and now it shows a cyclic long flash on the green LED every 5 seconds or so, it does not change its behaviour even if I press the hard reset button... it seems not to sense the button being pressed...

I would open it up and take a look at how the reset button works.

Are you running iOS or Android?
If Android, check out this thread as it may have some bearing on your problem...WARNING Android app version 1.0.60
