Random Gimbal Tilts

Hello, I have enjoyed myPhantom 3 the last couple of months, done all the updates and callibrations, run it on Follow mode and in general try to be a good boy but lately, having never crashed, a random gimbal tilt appeared as shown in the following video....PLEASE HELP

check the set grub screw for the horizontal shaft-- probably loose

Did you figure out how to fix this? Mine just started doing the same thing.
