Been flying my PS3 for a couple of months - many times right by my house. The vast majority of times it stays connected (green) and the video link is strong and stable. Today I went out and the quad got 30 feet in the air and became (red-disconnected). The FPV video was very choppy. Got scared and brought the bird right back down.
What could potentially cause the variability in connection between the controller and bird? No electrical wires around here - but today was just crazy. Maybe it is just "one of those things" and everything will be fine the next time I fly?
