Proud new Papa...

I'm also thinking of changing landing gear but not sure yet.
your one looks better than stock one , question is how preform ?
also fit straight in to your case ?or you need made adjustments to it ?

gained weight... will not fit in the case, without removing them from the mounts i created. one screw/nut per side and it should fit right back in the case....

thats why i chose this particular set of skids. one screw per side and i am back in my transport case...

bad advice?

maybe overkill, but not bad...

thanks for playing...
If you calibrate often and do the chicken dance with your drone before every flight, not only will you look silly, you increase the opportunity to get a bad calibration.

But, a bad calibration or bad compass cannot cause a flyaway. If anyone can show me the science of HOW a bad compass calibration can cause a flyaway, I am listening. "It happened to me" is coincidence, not science.

cut some slots and drilled some holes in my carbon fiber skid mounts. i have recovered much nimbleness and stableness when descending.

the solid mounts were not allowing needed air flow. plus it weighs less now...

and since i started modification, i cut 2 inches off the skids and 4 inches off the verticals.

need to clean them up a bit with the dremel, was in a hurry, wanted to fly before dark tonight ;)
