Problem With YouTube Posts

I have posted a small handful of my videos with no issues. But I am still quite new but I have learned a few things I was doing wrong. (There are tons, but I learned a FEW) One thing I was doing wrong was not shooting my video then editing it in the same file formats. Oops. But now since I am shooting and then editing them both in Mp4 I have trouble getting them up on YouTube. It goes through the whole, boring, monotonous upload, then says "Can't process video." What the hell?! Knowing memits just something really stupid that I didn't catch. But any quick tip is hugely appreciated.
