Yes, I rightly ask, because it is so?Ah. The frame is not matching to the actual map, it is offset to the right of the map slightly (or the map offset left of the frame)
I did everything you said "loktite" but that's what it seems.If you click on the radar icon, to switch to radar, and then click on the radar to switch back to minimap, is it the same? I use my iPad air 2 for flying, but I checked on my Samsung S5 active with DJI Go 4 version 4.1.18, and it does have a frame, but the map is correctly centered in it. I updated to latest version, and it still appears correctly centered.
Only suggestion I can offer is to try reinstalling DJI go 4.
