Here comes another one... Poipu Bay Golf course on Kauai Hawaii

Some really great photos on this thread.
Would be useful if everyone posted what settings the photos were taken with.
E.g. Raw/JPEG
Bracketed/single exposure
Manual/Auto
ISO/aperture/shutter
As shot/post processed(perhaps a brief description of effects applied)

Congratulations on some fine aerial photography. The one of the ship is absolutely beautiful and anyone looking for an advertising photo would pay good money for a photo such as this one. The level of detail shown in this photo is simply stunning and I can only hope that I will do as well with my DJI Phantom 4 Pro Plus.

Well done Meta 4, and you should be very proud of photos like these.

I'm loving this camera (the drone's not bad either).
At last DJI have a real photographer's camera.
I can get shots that gave me a lot of trouble before with blown out highlights and there's plenty of detail.

Love the pics!
I wonder if you could fly nearby the Arecibo Observatory is a radio telescope in the municipality of Arecibo, Puerto Rico?
Or if it would be a no fly zone?
That would be a very impressive photo! It was the place that was in the old James Bond movie "Goldeneye".
:)
That would be a great idea! I suspect it might be a no-fly zone and if they were radiating you might stand an excellent chance of a fly-away due to EMI issues. I didn't know it was in Goldeneye! I went there in the mid 60s on a high school field trip! Really impressive. (It's not really in Arecibo, it's inland by a number of miles south of Arecibo.)

Hudson River at Hastings on Hudson, ISO 100, f4.0, 1/100 sec. Very high wind -- 26 mph, gusts to 40!

How on earth did you get that lovely picture of the cargo ship? It looks like it is miles from anywhere :)

I would second this as im very new to drones AND photography. Still trying to understand concepts but for some reason this has a hard time sticking in my head.

I want this drone. I wish I had more time to fly now!

Well damnnnnnnn some very very nice shots folks, thank you so much for sharing, I am getting into trouble with my family just for looking at this thread haha

The gazebo picture was "auto-edited" in Photoshop express. The others are exactly as taken with default settings, auto-focus. Taken mid-morning today in Waco, Texas, under overcast skies (and about 15-20 mph winds!). ISO at 100 on all of them, while f-stop between 4.5 and 5, and speed at 1/120 to 1/240.
