Poor Rc signal

Have PS3 cannot get more than 100 metres range before RTH kicks in have got it set to 480 metres have I got settings wrong or need a better aerial

Brand new never crashed never dropped or modded has always done it

1) Make sure your remote controller antenna is positioned like this:

2) Try flying in a different location (preferably one you know has no nearby Wi-Fi networks).

Try viewing your flight log. How is your signal strength?

Try 100 meters up and 100 meters away, if you can see it, it should see you.

How many flights have you done, more than 10?

Did you update the firmware before you flew it?

Does your live image and telemetry drop out?

Thanks for welcome have done 20+ flights haven't updated firmware live imagery etc does not drop out flew yesterday and rth always starts a bit over 100mtrs
