Can the landing gear stabilizer and gimbal protectors made by PolarPro be mounted at the same time? Haven't seen any actual photos of the same brand mounted.

Yes. The gimbal protector slides inside of the landing gear and the landing gear stabilizer snaps onto the outside of the landing gear.
Thank you, I guess I should have better stated my question. Can both units be in place at the same time with out hindering either one?

I am not sure how the gimbal guard is secured. If by zip ties, possibly them being wrapped around the landing gear of the quad may interfere with the landing gear stabilizers. This is the part that I am not sure of.
It just looks like if one had a hard landing, the gimbal guard could just slip out of the landing gear and then wipe out the camera.

It's just wedged in between the landing gear (as shown in the 1st photo above). You could wrap a plastic zip tie around the sides of it if you're worried about it popping out.
check camera clearance once gimbal protector is installed , one corner of my camera would hit it , only needed one more millimeter of clearance , had to put my gimbal protector underneath and zip tie it on , your phantom and gimbal protector combination may be different
