I have been missing PM's from group members because I can't find them on my phone app. They show up on my computer. But not on my phone. What do I do?

I'm not sure how well the conversations work on tapatalk, the framework used for the mobile app. Quite honestly I use the mobile version of the site by accessing it directly as I know the conversations work there.

iOS app used to be good but I'm little confused with the new version. Learning slowly.

Ya, unfortunately we don't have much control over the app itself. Its simply too complex and costly to develop our own.
