Please help!

I just got a vision 2 plus used but it is on and I don't know how to turn it off or get the battery out and I can't find how online or in directions

To turn if off, press the power button and release it quickly. Then, immediately press it again and hold it for 2 seconds.

This is the easiest way to remove the battery:
