Hi guys. I'm new to this. I use this forum for tips and solutions but I am at the end of my tether now. I have the phantom 3 pro. I am by no means a camera expert but I get on ok. My problem is with the videos no matter what I try 4k 1080 any other format my videos are really grainy it's almost like moving pictures (pardon the pun) I have tried on many different days be it cloudy or sunny but they all turn out the same. My drone is only a few months old but i feel I am not using it to its full potential due to this video. I have put a link too one I took the other day. Any advice is welcome with open arms. I don't have the drone with me tonight but I will first thing tomorrow.

Look at this amazing piece I shot with my PHANTOM 3 PROFESSIONAL! | SkyPixel.com

The video has been downloaded onto my sheild tablet via the dji go app. The video I supplied I uploaded using sky pixel on the app. I really hope you don't tell me i am suppose to remove the sd card to access the videos

Just too add. The video looks the same even if I play it back on the dji go app when the controller is connected to the drone before I turn it off

I think this is the cached video file from your tablet. Your tablet saves the video it recieves for I centain amount of time. This is also the footage used by the DJI go app. Just get the SD card out of your Phantom and put in inside of your computer. Here are the high quality video files located

I will try that after work tomorrow. One thing I don't understand is why would it give you the option to share a catched video with sky pixel instead of uploading the high quality video. Hopefully it works tomorrow. I will post an update.

The Phantom doesn't transmit the video it recorded with the tablet. Everything the tablet and GO app have is the cached video files. These are 720p at best. It's the same video as you see on your tablet as you fly the drone

I always get my videos from the SD card, take the card and put in pc, or card reader etc.
Hope you get your problem resolved.

If the SD video is good then its the Image transmission signal needs to be adjusted to a good channel. So identifying issue is the difference between the 2. I had this and going to custom channel 20 fixed everything and am now enjoying the this fantastic sport.

Regardless of which channel you are using, the video stored on the tablet is always going to be significantly poorer quality than that on the SD card. Only real use of the tablet video is as a backup invade something happens to the SD.

Speaking of sd card readers. Mine is broke on my laptop. Can I just plug in the usb cable from the drone to the laptop. Will that be good files that I could download.
