Playing 2.7 k footage

Ok.... help!
I usually watch my p3a drone footage on my TV by plugging my sd card into an adapter and into a USB slot on my TV no problems. However I recently realised all my footage whilst good quality... was not filmed in 2.7k so I changed the settings in the dji app to 2.7k and filmed as usual. However... the footage will now not play on my TV, which IS 4k and HDR, nor will it play when I put footage on a flash drive and plug into my new PS4 Pro which is also 4K. Yes the files play on my laptop but my laptop is not 4k. How am I ever going to watch 2.7k footage? Any ideas? Tia

Most tv's will play mp4, I'm not sure if it will play a .mov (apple) check the format you recorded, you can recode in your computer if needed. Lots of video programes out there and VLC is free.

Maybe the TV is at fault here. My Sony TV won't play .mov files, but is quite happy with .mpg files
