Hi, unfortunately DJI no longer supports the app and it is no longer available on the Play store. You will need to download it from a third party site on the web and then install it. I used this site: Download free DJI FC40 1.07 APK for Android . Note: you will need to go into your android settings and find an option that says "allow 3rd party apps" or something similar and turn that on. I hope links are ok on here. If they kill the post, just google fc40.apk on your phone and download it. There is always some risk downloading apps like this, but at this point, it's your only option. I installed it on my phone running android 6.01 and it works fine.
