I had a problem with my phantom 2 vision yawing CCW. What caused it was I had attached some tape to keep the stripes from peeling off and it has covered some of the air vents for the motors. I made sure the vents were unobstructed and the problem was solved. Just an FYI.

Those vents are necessary to provide cooling airflow to the ESC's. It sounds like maybe one of yours was starting to get warmer than the others, which can eventually create an RPM/torque imbalance between that motor and the others, and the yaw you experienced would be one of the expected results of that.
