phantom vision 2 binding please help.

My camera connection has suddenly stopped working. I read how to bind but it says to scan the code on the box, I haven't got the box so what should I scan?

I would like to know that too, especially since purchasing one with a case = no box is shipped!

I have just read to email the support team with your serial number and they can provide you with it, the only trouble is I want it now and not in how ever long it will be for them to reply.
