phantom standard 3 flex cable Replacement

I recently changed my Cable after a Crash. Last week before changing my cable my Gimbal would just dance round now after changing the cable the Gimbal does now move. I am still able to get a video feed which tells me I put the cable in correctly but I want to know why am I not able to get the Gimbal to move. Is it something with the motor because last week the gimabl moved. Can anyone tell me what did I do wrong.

Maybe you should check out for the "chicken dance" effect on google. there are also lot of videos on youtube. I had the same issue and replaced potentiometer on the main gimbal board. It is not too hard. Hope this helps..
