Phantom 4 UV Filter popped out

So, I was cleaning my P4 UV Filter and the glass popped out of the threaded ring. It won't snap back into place either. Do I need to buy a new one?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, the reason I had it off was because I bought some ND filters. They work great in bright sun. Even though the glass is lose, when I tighten it on the camera lens it does clamp down.

I have ND filters and hardly use my stock UV filter now. Its kept as a show piece now

Well, for low light the ND filter would not be good. I could always go bareback for that. (just the stock lens with no filter)

You are right. We will not need UV filters for low light conditions but it could be used as dust protector. I don't fly in low light conditions so missed your point. Thx
