Phantom 4 shaking

I just bought a phantom 4 and it has been shaking. The phantom makes jerking motions and the drone "hobbles" when accelerating. Is it a motor problem?

I read where that could be a problem if you don't sign out of the app. and sign back in after a firmware update.

Could be the firmware, i know some pilots having similar issues with the latest firmware.
