I got my brand new P4 back in April for $999.00 CAD. I did a lot of research before buying it and concluded that I got a pretty good deal. As someone above commented, the P4 is a great machine for a first time drone owner. Perhaps by the time I consider myself a "seasoned" pilot I'll look at getting whatever is considered "top of the line" at that time.
