Hi Pilots,

Has anyone been successful in using the GS app for flight planning?

I've found the software to be very unresponsive / clunky and the base map is very poor quality. I haven't been successful in importing and configuring a decent mission either. Its really painful.

Any tips appreciated.

Yes. Creating the flight boundary manually is a bit clunky and unresponsive at times with DJI GS. Seems to take a quick double tap, or even triple tap to add the vertices.

I find it works much better by creating the KML boundary in Google Earth. Then copy this to the KML folder on the SD card, and insert in the CrystalSky controller. GS will automatically create the flight plan from the KML shape.
