Phantom 4 pro plus stop updates

I was wondering on the phantom 4 pro plus (built in screen) if there is a way to permanently disable dji go app from trying to force an update. I have looked in settings and the apps it seems you can disable them at the time your turning controller on but once powered off, you will have to do this each time controller powered up. I currently have version V01.03.06.00 and it works great. I see there is a new version available. I wonder if the new version is just an update to controller or for controller and aircraft? I am not really a computer person so not wanting to mess anything up since it is working fine.

Just swipe down from the top of the screen and turn off wifi. Unfortunately, it won't then update maps if you move very far from the last place you flew.
