Having trouble with livestreaming on YouTube ! Good to go on computer and mobile phone but when I choose YouTube on the built in screen on controller and choose basic it says login failed! It never gives me a screen to login! (Phantom 4pro plus) thanks

Welcome to the Phantom Pilots. I would try to do a FW refresh on the monitor via the settings menu. Let us know if doing that allows you to login again.

I did a refresh and then I got new update screen ! Did the update and it gave the the login screen for YouTube ! Thanks for your help, but now my wifi is having an issue with controller wifi! The screen gives me a caution that my hotspot is 2.4 and my drone is 2.4! Do you know a solution for this issue! Thanks

You could go into the HD menu and switch the signal to 5.8 and see if that changes the conflict.

Yes I did think of changing to 5.8 but what I have read that it's not as reliable as the 2.4! The 2 points of interest that I want to video is at least 1 mile away with clear sight. Maybe you can educate me more on the 2.4 vs 5.8 thanks for your help!

Lets stay on course here for the time being. Did you switch to 5.8 and did it get rid of the caution message you were getting? There is a plethora of conversations about 2.4 vs 5.8 and we do not want to hijack this thread on that discussion. The short answer is that 2.4 has further reach and 5.8 works better in high interference areas.
