Phantom 4 Pro firmware update problem

Three days ago on Saturday. while attempting a flight like normal. get update for firmware downloaded automaticly notice. After update having problems with camera. Error message contact dji for service. can not get dji go 4 app to start. whats the problem?

If it were me, I would download and install DJI Assistant2 on my pc or laptop, then connect to the bird and go thru the firmware setup again.
