phantom 4 gimbal disconnected.....HELP ME PLEASE

2 weeks old ....never crashed or even had a hard landing.....popped a battery in one day and screen was black and said disconnected....and here i am.....any info on how to fix

Look at my threat, i had similar problem, gimbal not connected, and almost send it in.
After formatting my card thrue the dji app when connected, it work again like before.
A lot of people says i couldnt be that, but it definatly worked for me!
