Went to a Public Safety Drone class where the instructor (treetopflyer) dropped a life ring dang near dead on between cones showing its capability.. Great if your right there when something happens. Shows capability of being able to deliver cell phones to stranded hikers, charging cords during a stand-off, or a small rope during floods... Great tool!!!

But I like the water balloon possibility!!!! LOL

Oddly enough, that's not allowed as we aren't allowed to carry LiPo batteries as part of payload. Makes perfect sense, right? I can fly with this huge LiPo powering the aircraft, but can't carry a cell phone and it's tiny LiPo as payload.

Of course, during an emergency .... do what has to be done.
