Phantom 4 Advanced + controller not charging,

Hey All,
My Phantom 4 Advanced + controller the one with the screen, doesn't seem to want to charge. It was fine before I plugged it in (50%) to charge. Now it's just blinking, not the usual * * * * just a single blinking *. Is it shot, or can I replace the internal battery ?

I have seen a single blinking light on p series controllers. What I seem to remember is that if the controller battery is very low, one light will blink until it gains some charge.
Try plugging it in for a longer period of time and see what it does.
Don’t leave it unattended in case the battery leans towards a problem.

I've gone the route of battery replacement and reflow the board with heatgun, both shown on YouTube. Best result was opening a repair ticket with DJI and (for a very reasonable price) get a new replacement back in 2 weeks. Simple process, labels provided, don't need to be original owner.

It's usually caused by one of these two things -- usually the latter.

Reflowing would be the first thing I'd try. There are example videos on YouTube (like this one) showing how it's done.

Yes it has the screen in place of the phone/tablet holder

I reflowed my controller 3x, it worked for a bit, then reverted. Finally sent it back to DJI, they sent me a new one for $99
