Just wondering if turning off the front led lights off on the drone save any noticeable amount of battery life,or should they just be left on all the time..

No significance in battery life. They are more for orientation than anything else. The only time you probably need to turn them off is while making night time video or stills so they do not distract from the images.
Mine off all the time ,not much power saved only milli amps,but if it gives me another 60 secounds in the air i will take it,

It's not even 60 seconds. I'd bet money on that.
At my house I'm running 3 window a/c units, 2 tvs, 2 refrigerators, lights, air purifiers, power tools, computer, battery chargers, cameras.... etc. etc. etc. Do you think I should shut that 4w night light off in my laundry room in order to lower my monthly bill? LOL
