Phantom 3 rebuild

Due to a pilot error my Phantom 3 Standard had a drone / tree interface and sustained enough damage to one of the arms that I have bought a new bodyshell to rebuild it into. Apart from being methodical when I start swapping parts over is there anything else I should know? Thanks
