Phantom 3 pro gimbal firmware

Hello,
I need really your help guys I got a phantom 3 professional and I wanted to update it, but I got this light every time it didn't stop so I cannot update the firmware, i am not using the camera.

do you have the bin file on sd card? it looks like is not reading (red light)
