Phantom 3 not recognized by Win7

Hi,
I've connected my phantom 3 professional on my pc with usb cable for export photos from the sd, but windows 7 not recognized the phantom. I've to download usb drivers? Anyone know how I can fix it?

Did you plug the cable into the camera / gimbal and powered up the phantom?

I've connected the phantom from micro usb port under the gold label, not on gimbal. I've connected the phantom already powered on

What are you trying to do that you need to connect the Phantom to your pc?

I try to copy the photos from sd to pc without to take out the sd everytime

Why?
Removing the SD card is the usual way and is much faster.
If you have to do it, try connecting to the gimbal rather than the Phantom.

Correct, look for a slot on the camera / gimbal area not the Phantom. I have a Standard so I don't know if the pro is at same location but the SD card is in the camera. I usually download so I don't have to pull the SD card out. (It's to small for my eyes and fingers).
