Phantom 3 GL300C remote won't power on

Hi dear friends,
i had an issue with my remote controller GL300C please see videos and tell your opinion. i m familiar with electronics, please give some advices what i do. i do an firmware upgrade but nothing happens. Battery is 8.2 Volt and i think its good.

When the battery is fully charged the little lights go OFF completely. Yours show "charging", when the blink one after the other. I would suggest that the battery is NOT charged?

Have you tried powering on the remote while its charging?

Yes it's possible to power on only when changer is plugged. When I unplugged i cant power on. I measure battery and seems good but idk what to looking for?

no schematics are available.....to my knowledge....its been asked before for main board ones and the replies have been no.....Try This un plug the battery for a few minutes then plug it back in and put it back on charger.

This might help? The fact that it powers on when the charger is connected would tend to indicate a battery problem. Open it up and see if there's anything obvious.

The cell balance of battery inside is faulty.
