Phantom 3 advanced won't connect to iPad mini 2

Can you help what am I doing wrong. I just can't connect the two?

What app are you using and inwhat order do you turn things on? I use a mini and with both Go and Litchi it seems to work best for me if I turn the RC and app on first then the aircraft. Wait a bit while the AC cycles up then good to go.

Providing we assume the obvious, it's properly plugged-in from the iPad to the controller (no insult here just going back-to-basics), and you have confirmed the USB cable you're using is good, try a different "known to be working wire". I would then uninstall the DJI GO app, make certain you are on the latest iOS, then reinstall the DJI GO app..

Also make certain nothing else is running on the iPad other then the DJI Go app.
