Either buy from an authorized DJI dealer or confirm the listing identifies it as an OEM DJI battery.

If it's from Amazon or eBay, ask on here if anyone has bought a battery from that vendor. I bought a new P3 battery two weeks ago on eBay and it was genuine product.
