Phantom 2 vision radio disconnect.PLease help.

I just purchased my first phantom. I set it all up and did the latest firmware update on it.On the first flight I only got 150ft before radio disconnect.it rth perfect.so I tried it again this time it only got 100ft before radio disconnect and rth.so I thought it might be the wifi setup interfering.so I turned it off including the camera. Again I only got 100ft but this time when the radio disconnect happened it started rth just a few seconds into the descent it went out of control and started doing a tick tock back and forth very violently. I had no control tried the s1 switch several times to no avail.it fell from about 90 ft and hit the ground nothing damaged thank the lord. Any ideas on what could be wrong or were should I start looking? :?
